Double Kong Vault: A very effective vault that will allow you to pass over two decently close obstacles or obstacles that would be to deep for a single vault extremely fast and efficiently.

DOUBLE KONG VAULT INSTRUCTIONS:

Step 1) Run up to an obstacle with the intent to jump over and clear the whole thing. Now with a good amount of speed jump up using a split step approach so that your legs will rise up with enough energy to continue to lift you up and over the object while placing both hands forward on the first object.

Step 2) As you start to push off and up, throw the first object behind you and allow your legs to continue to pull you up and forward. At this point you should begin spotting the next object and seeing where you will place your hands for your second vault.

Step 3) As you get to the second object only put about 10% of your weight on the object as you touch it, and begin bringing your knees into your chest keeping your head forward.

Step 4) Now with your knees getting pulled into your chest, push off with your hands to gain more forward momentum tThen bring your legs past your arms, preparing for landing.

Step 5) Land in a split step position with your chest above or slightly infront of your landing foot to keep your moment moving forward and exit your vault with good speed

Please keep in mind there are many paths that you can take to reach the same destination. In these parkour and freerunning tutorials I will be breaking down the movement the way I know how. These are not the flashiest videos, and I do a lot of talking, but please take the time to listen and I am sure you will learn a lot.
