i like the way how Windows can be customized. THANKS!
One tool I would recommend is "folderchanger". It can help customize windows further. Yahoo or google "folderchanger" to find it.

Even though you changed the icons, after when you click the new icons because they are shortcuts they open the actual program and the new icon is there with the old icon being loaded as well.
