LED-Modded Acer Aspire One:

I soldered LEDs behind the USB-Ports and below the mainboard. Power directly comes from the battery and it is possible to turn it off via switch - as you see;)

Took me a few hours, because space in there is just so rare, that it is even hard to find one millimeter für a new cable! unbelievable...SSD-Version must be better for modding, cuz there´s more space in it.

Coming in the next few months:
- Touch Display
- LED-Display on top of the cover
- airbrush-painting with flourescent colors

  • Mas lucecitas, mas consume, muy bien.

  • @yoel28 I do not think that an LED consumes that much energy ;)

  • Hey guys!

I definately NEVER will do a tutorial or another video on that Acer, because it is not mine and my friend already sold it to someone else! No Tut, no little video on "where to put the wires to get the right voltage " bla ba :D

Just use a multimeter and try the voltages! xD

  • sisi muy facil, las leds se conectan en serie, y + pasa directo y - pasa por el switch!, y la energia la tomas de alguna parte, además debes de poner una restistencia para leds;)

    Gracias x la idea! Perfecto!:B

  • can ne one get me a link to the diagram for wiering the leds?

  • To me it looks like crap , i wouldn't do that to my AAO , instead i'd try to make the keyboard light up , that's something that would be really useful in my opinion..

  • @DaeViZ0n3 Entonces quiero que me lo hagas en mi portatil, jeje

I want you to install it on my netbook, hehe

  • make a tutorial!!!
