VIR Kart Track - 3/29/08

Joe McGroarty shows us how it's done during the opening laps of the NASA Mid-Atlantic/Get Fast "Arrive & Drive 90min Twilight Kart Enduro #3" at VIR's Plantation Valley Kart Track. Joe and co-driver Tom Philip won the race overall (110 laps and 2 pit stops) in kart #8. They also turned the fastest lap of the race (45.47sec!)

looks like your karts just alot faster than every one elses...

although they claim all the karts are the same. Its obvious when you get one that will not turn. We rented the track all day in 2007 and there were karts that were night and day difference

That car looks strong, and quite stable during cornering, but that doesn't take away the great driving!
