NO WAY should anyone follow the advice on bass amp tone from someone who posts a video with the completely awful audio this has including background noise and massive clipping. You mentioned it was unprofessional to answer your phone in the middle of the video. It was. It's even worse to post a video with such unacceptable audio levels. You're wasting people's time with this. You didn't do a very good job explaining amp tone by the way.

Hey man, I am not trying to sound like a dick or anything, but scooping the mids is like the worst thing you can do. Sure it sounds good when playing by yourself, but scooping the mids while playing with a band will get you lost in the mix. Try turning up the mids, but not too much, turn down treble just a bit and add just a bit of bass.
