11 hours on the Traeger with apple wood pellets. Internal temp of meat was 195, cooking temp was between 218 -250.
No mop or sauce, just a simple rub.

  • Don you only need to leave the warm up on smoke for 5 minutes then turn it up

  • Informative as hell

  • did you set them to smoke before turning up the heat to 250? If so how long. I have been trying to find out how long to leave my Traeger on smoke before turning it up to finish the cooking process.
