MISP Office in Riverside County/Moreno Valley

My mom went down to MISP office to get on Riverside County Health Care Plan on the 6th and she was told that she makes "too much money" which is not true. The workers didn't even look at her paperwork. She had proof of income with her paystubs from both her job (worked 2 days in Dec 2011) and paystubs from EDD. MISP, you need to hire more people since you guys are over worked. I'm calling the office again and I'm going to leave another message saying that you need to look at my mom's paper work. The only thing I can hope for now is that my mom learns to ADVOCATE for herself since these county workers just LOVE to run over you.
