The Thin Line Between Love and Hate [[chapter 83]]

Joe POV
Me and Kelsey were both in the bed after our little "nap".

Kelsey: I love you.

Joe: I love you too. Maybe we should stay here tonight, no interruptions, just you and me.

Kelsey: hmm, dont you think they would get suspicious? I think they already are.

????: Kelsey?! Joe?!

Kelsey: crap.

She started throwing on the rest of her clothes and I did the same. We heard footsteps up the stairs. Kelsey fixed her hair and I wiped any lip-gloss that may have been on my face. We sat on the bed and just cuddled. Amy walked into the room.

Amy: there you are. How was your nap?

Joe: really fu-

She elbowed him.

Kelsey: really funny you should mention that, uh we tried to get to sleep, but Joe kept cracking jokes, tickling me and keeping me awake. I tried to kick him out so I could sleep, but he just wouldnt have it. He said I had enough sleep on the plane.

She eyed me suspiciously.

Amy: Oh, Well were going to have dinner if you want some.

Kelsey: oh uh yeah sounds. Good.

Joe: yeah, ok.

Angela POV
I was still laying back on the grass. The sky was getting dark with clouds, and the thunder started cracking. The wind was blowing a little harder and there was a chill. I heard the grass crunch but it wasnt footsteps. I turned my head to see Nick in his wheel chair wheel over to me.

Nick: you should get inside, a storm is coming.

Angela: Im fine.

Nick: dont be stubborn. You dont want to get sick, you have a baby Angela.

I sat up.

Angela: Im doing this for the baby.

I walked ahead of him into the house.

Nick: Angela, dont be that way. I didnt do anything wrong.

Angela: I made a mistake, but the guilt has been eating away at me ever since the second that kissed him. And Im willing to do anything to make it up to you, but it doesnt seem like you want to even give me a chance.

Nick: it hurt Angela.

Angela: I know, and Im really sorry.

He took my hand.

Nick: I love you. You know that right?

I nodded.

Angela: I love you too.

Nick: I forgive you.

Angela: really?

Nick: how could I not. Look at you; youre amazing, beautiful, smart, and definitely not the type of girl that would break my heart. I believe you when you say it didnt mean anything.

I smiled and leaned down and kissed him.

Angela: youre the best.

Nick: so are you.

Amy POV
Amy: Kevin, have you noticed how weird Joe and Kelsey have been acting?

Kevin: yeah I have, its like their hiding something from us.

Angela and Nick came in the room. Joe and Kelsey would be here in a bit, they were apparently still Jet lagged.

Angela: where is Kelsey and Joe?

Kevin: being extremely suspicious.

Nick: they were acting weird. I wonder whats with them.
