Stop-motion video for the band Popface. This video was made in 2001 and 2002. The video is shot on a bolex camera from 1954, in my parents barn, since the sets was so big.
The style is very much inspired by old German films like "The cabinet of dr. Caligagi" here the shadows are painted on the sets, and "Metropolis" for the grey anonymous city.
The video is made to be very crude in ts look, and lo-fi, so everything is handmade, and lot of textures.

Part of this song reminds me fondly of something a friend and I recorded back in 1982. Outside of that, I really enjoyed the work and both parties beserve each other. Cheers!
