For anyone seeing this video late who is unaware, this song is entitled "The Hounds"; and is Albert Wily speaking to reporters, framing Light for the murder of Emily, his lover/wife. Because Wily is evil, and also a very talented singer.

Just speculation, but I think this song is called "The Good Doctor", I've read on their official forums that a few members have heard them play a song titled that, but no proof or lyrics exist for it.
