This is my daschund, Pequena, doing tricks. She's not full daschund but is mostly. She's pretty smart though. She learned this in one week.

  • So basically the dog did what it wanted then u said what to do after it had done it and u give it a treat for doin as it pleases lmao.

  • Which trick are you talking about? The sit one doesn't really work but the stay and roll are pretty solid. I have another video of my other dog doing those same tricks. Look up "blue lacey tricks."

  • My camera does not record because it is broken so I had to record straight to the computer through a firewire onto my hard drive. Unfortunately my firewire is very short which limits me to my camera angles.

  • it's not a real dachshund but a mix with some other pedigree

  • i love when you said 'stay' but her focus on the food. cute!

  • @16Billiard

Birds of prey will kill anything small enough. We have hawks in our area -- owners are advised to keep their dogs under close watch when they're outside. If they're small enough, be right next to them.

  • I wish those poor doggies could train in the same way their owners, too.

  • I guess ALL dachshunds do the half roll...lol. My dachshund "attempts" to roll, but its a half roll and she will only do the roll if she is on m lap...lol. SO CUTE!!

  • @seanponner123 I am soooo sorry to hear about your sweet Dachshund!! But I will keep your heartbreaking story in mind next time I let my little dachshund outside without a leash. She loves the free roam... but with your sad experience, I will NOT risk her being a meal for an owl (as we live next to the woods). I had always feared those falcon type birds flying above our house in the summer. I would always watch her but she still likes to chase things... Thank you and again... I'm sorry :,(

  • I give to my Daschund the same kinda of "cracker" she loves it (:

  • What type of dock was the daschund breeded with??

  • is this scoobydoo?

  • @seilavelevant ahahahaha... thats what she said.
