1. Control Panel
2.Network and sharing Center
3. Set up New Connection
4. Choose "set up a wireless ad-hoc network
5. Make a Network Name and Password
6. Click "Turn on Internet Connection Sharing.
7. YOUR DONE!!!
you can also find in ,network icon, in the taskbar, then ,open network and file sharing, then click ,setup new connection and network, scrolldown then click ,set up wireless ad hoc (computer to computer) network, and click next , just follow the command

to share it.. go to manage network, sellect the test you created then click adapter properties above, in sharing tab check the 2 boxes, now click the wi fi icon in the task bar to see wireless connection list,, the test con. must there.. connect it, and it says '(waiting for users) now open another wi fi like mobile psp or loptop,, then search for a wi fi connection,, and you can find the wifi you created..
