An instructional video on how to make a fast, easy and delicious raw wrap. Here I used fresh rainbow chard leaves as my base. You could also use collard greens, spinach, kales, bok choy, etc. I filled my wrap with avocado, juilened asparagus, chopped mushrooms, broccoli sprouts and grated raw walnuts! I encourage you to form your own ideas, listen to your taste buds and guide you into creating a delicious raw dish!

  • do u know if anything else i could put in there instead of juilened asparagus, chopped mushrooms? thanks and great vid!

  • Oh my, ANYTHING you heart desires. Play around with ideas! cucumber? juilened carrots? sliced bell peppers? avocado and mango? tomato slices and basil? zucchini strips? baby bok choy? broccoli? mixed sprouts? all of the above? smile. Fill it like you would your favorite veggie sandwich/wrap. The possibilities are endless! veggies galore!

  • Hi. I enjoy your videos. I'm thinking about eating raw too. Is it only fruits and veggies that are eaten? I'm in recovery from EDNOS. Thanks for all your wonderful vids!! <3 <3

  • Wonderful, no it is not just fruit and vegetables that would be imbalanced. A raw food diet should consist of balanced raw and live foods... fruit, vegetables, sprouts from vegetables, grains, seeds and legumes... raw nuts, raw seeds, super foods, etc.

  • mmmmmm....looks good. Did you dip them in anything? Thanks for posting!

  • No dipping for this one, pretty hearty themselves. These things are so universal, you can do just about anything with them!!! If you want to jazz something up a bit with a wrap - raw spring rolls are a good choice with a nice sauce like a raw sweet n sour... raw tahini also makes a good dip for wraps and such : )

  • wink, try it and find out... hehe no really - to be chard is slightly sweet with a great crunch. i love love love it in green smoothies. it all depends on what you are going for. choose your green to suit your needs and appetite. salty/spinach, crunchy/romain leaf or bok choy, slightly sweet/chard, spicy/asian or mustard greens, green tasting/collard, more mild or bland/leaf lettuce - red or green,

  • BTW your place is adorable.
