They are both mini dachshunds. The brown one is a long haired and the black and tan is a short haired.

My sister has a dachshund, and he is so annoying!! We also have a Yorkie who is about eleven years old, and her dachshund will nip at his face and jump into him and bark at him and the Yorkie would snarl... it's a freakin' mess.
