ICC 12" LED Vehicle Signals With Backplates

This is another video I wish I had posted earlier, but never thought about it until now. Seen here are signals in the wild featuring rare (that is around here) ICC 12" vehicle signals. This intersection is the only intersection that has this particular brand of signals and these signals are the original signals installed here at this intersection. They have been in service since the early 1990's in my best guess. The signals were later upgraded to LEDs sometime in the late 1990's to early 2000's. The LED units seen here are a mix of GE or Gelcore units as well as Precision Solar Controls units. I like the 3-way setup as well as the overall design of these signals. This setup is also the very same signals pictured in the background of my channel. Recorded May 25, 2009. Enjoy. :)

ICC Signals seem to be all over in California. This installation looks almost like an installation you would see in California except that the signals would be on curved mast arms and the visors would either be full circle or closed visors. Which state/city is this installation located?

They replaced the old incandesant lights by the police station. Sad to see them go.
