The new statistics are out on the inventory for Southern Oregon. Inventory was down 22% across the Nation. Southern Oregon is down 22.8%. Southwest Medford is down 43.9%. East Medford is down 27.2% Northwest Medford is down 30.3%. Central Point is down 33%. This means that there are not as many choices for homebuyers.
