99. MissionCast - Offering Seminary Student Scholarships

Congregations, Sunday school classes, United Methodist Men's groups, and many other groups and individuals have been experiencing the joy of helping to grow the United Methodist Church in Mozambique by offering to scholarship seminary students. Missouri has answered the challenge of supporting every United Methodist seminary student in Mozambique with a scholarship of $600 a year. In February a new class will be entering seminary offering more opportunities to support a student preparing for ministry. In this MissionCast Carol Kreamer, Director of the Mozambique Initiative, and Tom Mitchell, chair of the Mozambique Initiative tell us about this rewarding ministry opportunity open to congregation, groups and individuals in Missouri.
