i think it all depends on were you are at when i was littel me and my sister always wore raideos when we went to busy places she had one i had one and mom had one on long distance trips with mutipal vechals each vechal had one. i belive in child leashes they can be a great way to let children to be children look at the end of the video the children are able too run ahead fo their mother but they cant run off in seprate directions or into a road.
Lysandra got it right. Sometimes a toddler or older kid with a disability, will start running, and not stop or return when called. This certainly justifies the use of the harness. My younger one was like this, and had to be trained with the harness lead looped through my belt. I held her hand, but when she pulled her hand from mine, and tried to take off, the harness took over. Eventually, I would detach the leash from the harness, and she would learn to stay with me.
