  • I haven't aged well, pretty scary looking. I'm real tempted to get my neck or jowels done and some other things, but why can't I just accept my age and how I've aged and live out my life? I can and I'm going to. If someone doesn't like looking at me, they can have their eyes removed.

  • This is very scary! My mom just had a consultation at the Atlanta location last Friday. She had scheduled her surgery on the 24th. We are cancelling now. It is just too much of a risk to take.

  • PLEASE go to a board-certified plastic surgeon who has experience doing facial procedures. Most sagging chins are due to a weak platysma muscle. Simply stretching the skin tighter will not address the fundamental problem. THe correct procedure is platysmaplasty, the muscle will be tightened and the skin will then be draped over without tension. Poster below claims good result from Lifestyle lift and "will go back". Why the need to go back? Get it done right the first time!

  • I had the lift done in TN three years ago. It was the easiest surgery I had done...EVER. I dont' understand a lot of these comments about extra cost. my only cost was the 4500. which was quoted to me. I still have compliments about my looks at my age. (52 now)

I did however have a friend who was talked into having a chin implant which turned out bad for her due to a reaction to the plastics used.

The lifestyle lift was perfect for me...and I will do it again in the future.

  • skin stretched and then trimmed off will soon return back to it's pre-operation state. a correct face lift goes deep, lifting and anchoring the facial muscles and fat pads too. newer facelifts even go the the cranial level (face bones). the doc who cuts may be an internal medicine or family practice doc the rest of the week. no surgical training is needed to work for the company.

  • this company has been accused of all these negative things all over the web. a little research on the web you find most doctors-plastic surgeons-don't like the procedure. they contend it does not fix the problems because it's too superficial an operation. lifestyle lift doctors attend a SEMINAR to learn the operation! you only need to be a licensed MD, NOT trained or qualified in surgery or plastic surgery, to work for the company. a good plastic surgeon spends time with the patient!

  • you get what you pay for.

First check the qualifications of the doctor

Make sure he is board certified and not pushing himself via tv and other things.

Make sure he has done that particular surgery many times and not just starting.

Interview with the doctor first to make sure he had meet your needs.

And you may also check the credentials.

You may want to check with the state board of plastic surgeons as well

  • There is an extensive info kit you are suppose to ask for FIRST. It contains all kinds of pamplets, leaflets & about 5 cds. It sounds to me like these disillusioned victims..eh clients didn't educate themselves beforehand. At least u should be asking the consultant before & after basics, as with any surgery. U don't just walk away w/o asking for SOME instruction. Check their website. The BBB lists the complaints for this outfit. Bad news.
