Great trailer! I highly recommend this book, very easy to read, yet so much meaning behind each of the different topics. Exposes things of everyday life like for example negativity vs peace or even arts and music, and gives an interesting twist into how everything in life can relate to spirituality. Favourite quote: "How we spent each day becomes how we live our lives"

This book has found a way to approach some of the deepest and most intriguing subjects of spirituality, life, death, inner-change, etc. in a thoroughly understandable and practical manner.
