@seth101194 a wheel beraing wouldnt make your steering rough. If it only did it in 4wd then its nothing to worrie about because most 4x4 steering feels way different when the 4wd is engaged.

@400exrider92 that year dodge ram has one of the worst solid axle front designs ever with that vacum engaged half shaft for the passanger side shaft, if you break that hose or a small leak on the gasket, no 4 wheel anymore bring back the old design of part time 4x4 with cast iron tcases and np205s and high pinion dana axles

These second gen's have great 4x4 my buddy had a 01 5.5 lift with 35's and 318 and he spun all 4 tires on dry pavement while pulling a broken skidsteer it was pretty awesome!!
