Congrats on that...always intersting to go on the web and see people posting videos about their own "15 minutes" on all those old shows I remember watching when I was a kid.

I think half of the music remained through the end of the run, it was used in rotation with the remixes.

I heard it was actually renamed "Temptation".

Another interesting fact. When it was cancelled in 1989, it was cancelled on the same day as Super Password.

Excellent...I used to LOVE this show back in the day. I am hoping the new "Temptation" remake is just as good as Sale of the Century was. Forget what the naysayers were saying, I'd be jumping for joy if I won $3,000!!!!!

Sale of the Century was still in production in Australia as late as 2004 - but it had been renamed "Sale of the New Century"

funny you say that.A lot of people haven't gotten chosen to appear on a game show - let alone WIN! oN DAYS WHEN THINGS AREN'T GOING MY WAY - I think back to this day which was a one of a kind special day!
