The second weekend of October saw peak Fall color and beautiful weather. In this video we will follow Cass Shay's 5 and 6 as they push a packed train up Cheat Mountain to the second highest point in West Virginia, Bald Knob.

This place is great in the fall! I used to attend the private excursions someone I know would put on-from 1986 to 2003. I've got some "classic" Cass footage i'll be eventually posting-some with the Mower Lumber Mill still (pretty much) intact. Also have footage of when they still ran the log loader which, last I saw it, was stationary at Whittaker in 2003.

the location you have the camera set up overlooking the water tank is supposed to be a bear crossing, stood on that very spot back in june, ur footage is amazing as always
