PLEASE HELP SAVE MY CAT'S LIFE

Hello everyone. I am reaching out to all of you for any help that you are able to give. Swivel and Goober (my cats) have been my family for almost 12 years. Swivel has been in and out of the emergency pet hospital over the past 12 days. His condition is not improving and the only alternative to keep him alive is to have a surgery called PU. This surgery ensures that a male cat who has crystals in his urine will to able to pass them without being blocked, which is life threatening. Two years ago Goober (swivel's brother) had to have the same type of surgery. It was expensive, but effective. If you've ever loved a pet than you know that you will do whatever it takes to take care of them.
Swivel was only 12 weeks old when I adopted him and he is the most loving little spirit that I have ever known. The thought of not being able to help him through this is almost unbearable. So I am reaching out, with gratitude from the bottom of my heart, to help me ensure his health and well being for many more years to come.

I have spent $4300 on Swivel in the past 12 days through a care credit program. I have also spent over $8K on Goober the other year which I'm still paying off. I'm totally spent and have no where to turn.
