I flew stabber/fleet stabber for many months.
The stabber class is an exclusive speed tank ship.
You want the cap recharger so you can perma run a MWD and point.

Cool, Minmatar has awesome PvP ships!
The ship has only 3 slots though; MWD, Point and Large Shield Extender...
I think that the LSE ll, is more useful than the Cap Recharger as you can just train up your Cap skills and be wise when using the MWD - only hit the MWD when you need it (on and off)...

That's a decent idea, esp if you have bigger than normal guns on it, like 220mms, they won't be able to hit if you have a mwd active and are orbiting. 180mm's will hit if you're using MWD at 12km however, so in that situation, it's better to be able to run perma mwd, since you're out of web/scram range. Buffer tank is almost useless without resists.
If you're serious about cruiser PVP on TQ and want to go the tank route, though, I'd invest in a Fleet Stabber. 5 big guns, much better tank. <3
