You sir are an absolute fuck stick. It does matter on the distance you are away from the blast the radiation will affected you unless you eat the fish and drink the water, it only spreads so far. Chernobyl exploded, it was in the atmosphere. Japan didn't. >_> Your "guess" is flawed. You forgot one thing. He's right, it gets distributed evenly throughout the foodchain, Doesn't matter if you live in Japan, Hawaii, Canada, Russia, Egypt.. The Radiation is going to affect you the same.
