Did Estonia steal that logo (For the show) and the jingle from the German version or did Germany steal them from Estonia? Because it's EXACTLY the same in Germany except for the fact that it's called 'Deutschland sucht den Superstar'...

@SunnyShineStudios Original show is owned by the americans. Search for "American Idol". The format of the show is used worldwide. So nobody stole from no one.
