Black Belt Conference 2011 High Rank Testing-Randy Chan-Part 3/3

The final part of the high rank testing, the board breaking. My required techniques were a hand technique, a standing kick, a spin or jump kick, and a jump-spin kick, with one kick being 3 boards and the other techniques through 2.

... I am not doing a 3 board jump spin side kick again this testing. Nooooo way. Too risky lol. I missed my palm heel strike the first try because I didn't use my whole body.
