@steroidsR4losers Lets unite to expose the "naturals" for who they really are, boys who are not genetically superior enough to endure the hardcore lifestyle. The reason the NATURALS are envious of our physiques is because:
1. They lack the will to compete at a high level (PUSSIES)
2. Wimps (WHIPPING BOYS)
3. Weak (CRY BABIES)
4. The NATURALS want to SCAM people into buying into their struggle with being genetically inferior to MEN and HARDCORE training.

ronnie is definatly the best bodybuilder ever. And all you steroidsR4.......... idiots, get a fucking grip, we all no top bodybuilders take steroids but its not cheating and its just part of the lifestyle. Also get a hobby,girlfriend or a life instead of posting on every bodybuilding video. Set of sad losers

The video is good. Nice video clip of Mr. Ronnie Coleman his definitely a beast and a gym monster. One of the best bodybuilders in the world. I do wanted to share a link of a site that some of you might be interested with. It offers workout and dietary plans that you could follow in order to develop a lean muscular look you ever after.
