@Guessmylevel If you're going to drink green tea less than 4 hours before bed, that's fine. Otherwise, make sure you get decaffeinated green tea. There is less caffeine in green tea than in black tea, but there is still some caffeine in there, and it you're sensitive to it, it can keep you awake.

they say to replace your mattress every 9 years not 5 lol.mine is 1 year old i still wake up with back pain.its r eal good one too.organic cotton? no difference just use a higher thread count sheet lol.bed at 10pm? not possible who can fall asleep that early?wait to early.unless your awake at 7am

@RavishingRedheadd Ideally, according to Ayurveda, bedtime is 10 pm and then awakening time is 6 am. It's going with the rhythm of nature, sunrise, etc.
