Fluorescence microscopy of tobacco plant cells. Actin (green strandy things), Endoplasmic Reticulum (green blotchy network), cytosol (red, squeezed to edges of cell by vacuole), mitochondria (green small things), chloroplasts (blue spheres- lots together: guard cells of stomata), vacuole (black in most pics, faintly red in a few), Golgi stacks (red dots).
