maybe one of my all time favorite speeches.... i hated the bears in the eighties. but this guy makes me wanna kick my neighbors ass right now.

I would prefer to have a coach like him, Bob Knight, Mike Ditka or even Lombardi! those type of coaches push and demand the best from you, and make you realize that in sports you are "playing" against an opponent, but instead your own potential.

Plus they teach you discipline and to know it's all about accountibility and being responsible for your actions at the end of each day.

I am not a 49'er fan, but wish him the best...Get 'em Iron Mike!
