I hope you're not serious. A machine that makes something that looks like art is a work of art, not an artist. It would be like saying that the paint brush has a soul because it puts the paint on the canvas.

They wouldn't have souls. They were designed to make art. It is a machine designed to do something. In this case, it is supposed to make art. Besides that, a "soul" isn't anything at all. We don't have any further life beyond the point that we die. We just have a temporary working brain.
