Forward and Return stroke cutting Shaper attachment

In the normal Shaping Machines, the tool performs cutting action only during the Forward stroke of the machine & the Return stroke is idle.The video is based on the National (India) Award winning invention. The tool on Left Hand side performs the cutting action during the forward stroke & the tool on the Right Hand side performs the cutting action during the return stroke. Thus cutting action is performed during the Forward as well as the Return stroke of the machine. In the video it has been shown that roughing cut is being taken by the tool during the Forward stroke & a lighter finishing cut is being taken during the Return stroke of the machine. In this way the Forward as well as the Return stroke of the machine contribute to increasing the productivity.
