Holes in the bump let air go through it, air does not have to travel around it creating less drag not more . Its to reduce turbulant air. Does nothing more. Does not make drag in any way

Jdm kid, u tell me how does holes in the bumper create drag? They release turbulant air thought to be trapped behind the bumper skin. Makes for less wind resitance at high speeds cuz the air goes through the bumper not around it
