  • I haven't thought of it this way before. I have always thought from the opposite side. I see alot of pts. w/ valgus knee with squat and when I manual muscle test them, their post. glute med. is significantly weak. Now I will make sure to pay closer attention to the adductors to see if they are also playing a role. The majority of the pts. are female and they are quad dominant. Derrick Eddy, M.D.
