  • i heard my recently deceased budgie today.. (he died in jan 28 2010 ) it was in the direction of his still there bird cage(albeit totally washed) but I put his favourite toys back in in the same order as he loved them but well no food bowls since he won't be needing those.. and I figured maybe some part of him is still there. and got my answer this morning or last morning. ^_^ it was a beep beep beep oioioioioioioiooi like noise as I was opening my eyes

  • what a sexy bird! lol

  • cute!

  • this made me laugh.. my parakeet died this morning and i've had her since i was 4

  • @LionGoddess1 Our loved ones --- animal loved ones and humans --- never leave us.:) That's my theory.

  • @LionGoddess1 That has happened in our family many, many times with dogs (me) and cats (my sister). We are "mature", not kids, so that takes in a lot of years and a lot of pets. It seemed to me that when I acknowledged it to myself that they never reappear. After Ziggy was gone, I felt him take several steps then jump off my bed, but I was a bit groggy and didn't give it any thought. The next morning it happened again and I thought, yes, that's Zig. It never repeated again. Same with others

  • @LionGoddess1 Awww :') I do believe in spirits and everything and my deceased Cockatiel (Cookie) who died in '08 appeared to me several times. We kept his cage where it was in the living room for a month after he died, and one day I was reading on the couch, and I saw Cookie moving around the perches and I heard him squeak loudly and I said "shhh!!" not even realizing that he was still dead and buried.. but I always see flashes of yellow wings around.

  • I loved the extreme close up and it's not cheesy. It's not easy catching these guys in a good pose, they're too fast!

  • omgosh he looks exactly like my Nami, accept she is hecka nervous when i try to get her to step up. But dats because I got her only 4 days ago. srry to hear he is gone but he had u for a owner so i'm sure his life was great!

  • um i just watched a vid from a pet store on how to tell thier sex and i think he was a she RIP blucey such a cute little budgie though

  • I have a budgie that exact same color but he has one heck of an attitude! little stinker, he mimicks my cockatiel
