I'm sorry, I seem tobe confused your discription says this is from Chronicles for the Playstation.... I thought this was from Dracula X..... Am I going crazy or was it in both?

The song Moonfight was originaly made in the game castlevania chronicles which was a game for the ps1 that was another remake castlevania title called Akumajo Dracula X68000.
Dracula X chronicles on the clock tower stage instead of using the song 'The Den'
that was in the original game they made a remix of Moonfight for it instead.
Moonfight originated in Castlevania chronicles or I should say Akumajo Dracula X68000. I'll post up the other versions. :D
