All TRX fans, here's another exercise that can be used for cardioprograms or incoporated in group training. Try 30sec sprints and rest for 10sec, the second set could be used in an intervall fashion 10sec slow, 10sec fast with alot of impact.
Second exercise posture holds is a great one for athletes who wants to strenghten their posture muscles, look for a tripple extension from ankle, knee and hip and hold static for 10sec, can also be used with switching to the other leg in a fast manner.
