That grinding needs to be done on a cnc machine. Those things have to be a perfect arc, the perfect spacing, perfect everything, and you're making it look like any guy can drink a few beers and rebuild a cv in his garage. No way in hell can you do that by hand legitimately.

I just wanted to say thank you. your video helped me reassemble a outer cv joint that all the balls fell out of. Piece of cake after watching this. I was being too delicate with the cage. it is more resilent than i thought!
