i love within temptation, but i'm not a fan of this cover :( i do like placebo's though, i think i just it sung softly and sadly

I prefer Kate's Bush version, but I like this cover very much. I wonder, perhaps this might even be more like Kate meant it. She originally wanted to call it 'a deal with God', but her producers wouldn't let her.

Kate's version is still very sereen, this is wilder. I like both versions for their own identity, but I am more the silent type, which is why in the end I prefer Kate's version.

l also do not like the attempt to make this song "cool" for metal heads who thought the song was cheesy.But the girl really is a good singer. l'm sure she had something to do with them covering it in the first place. she sounds well rehearsed...like shes known it for a while
