  • Is your hair twisted with synthetic or human hair? It's a great style on you. I just got twists and they are too long and heavy. The hair doesn't "flow" like your does. Any way I can soften it up a bit?

  • @kennyharrington Hi! This was synthetic hair and in this vid I mentioned how the lady who did my hair made the middle section of my hair bigger than the rest ( she used more of my hair but the same amount of fake hair -if that makes sense) This is what I think gives it a lighter look and feel since it's not as much hair if she used the same consistancy on the whole head. Your heaviness could just be from 2 much hair, lighten up some of those braids in the middle section no one can really see.

  • how much did they charge you??

  • @MsIGetLotOfThat $200 which I think was too much but overall she did a decent job but I will not be going back, it never fails that my edges will suffer when I go to the shop. I am better off doing it myself :) Thanks for the question.

  • did you have breakage ?

  • @ladybugglove I did on my edges ... I regret not speaking up about it because they grab all of the tiny hairs on your hair line and it does nothing but pull the hair out. I just took those braids along the hair line out and my edges are ok.. not bald LOL - The rest of my hair was fine - thanks for the question

  • BEAUTIFUL

  • what hair did you use ?

  • I was wondering how you said the girl took only 5 hours to do these twist.

I knew some short cuts where taking by the stylist.

It takes me 6 1/2 to 7 hours to do a set of senegalese twist.

I make all my Twist the same size.

    Thanks for the video...

  • @Tennissgirl They are braided from the root then twisted. I think these would last at the most two months but I didn't make it. I took them out at 6 weeks. I could no longer wear this style down as I predicted once time went on due to the size of the braids in the middle of my head. Thanks for your question
