If more westerners would eat and enjoy real chinese food, then the chinese way of doing things in the restaurant business would probably change. Ya?As a Chinese and I just feel it so funny. My favorite part is "HK Garden Takeaway". I personally don't mind those sort of things. Sadly too many people today take racist as making harmless jokes of people. I am not saying they are alway appropriate, but to me that's no racist. It really depends.
