  • i was on Continental Viscounts and they were nice---wonderful big windows. To me the Viscount was true British- wonderful, relaxing and roomy. BUT- I also say the same for a competitor. That was a real MUSCLE PLANE that used to leap down the runway and jump into the air...the Lockheed L-188 Electra. Been on those too...

  • I flew on a Air Canada Viscount Halifax-Boston in 1970, loved those big oval windows!
