only interphase kind of right
centrioles are on opposite poles before any split or line up
spindle fibers appear before the line up.
centrioles are on opposite poles and are never in the nucleus.
They turn back into tiny chromatin when finished, not DNA, which is much smaller and hung on to the chromatin.
oh, and you should make the cell a different color from the background during t he animation

@samcat15 Sorry but we were in grade 9 when we made this and we were mostly interested in animating things and not in biology :D
