Fallout: New Vegas - Ghoul Glitch

This ghoul has been stuck right next to the NCR bridge the whole time I've been playing. Load any save, enter and exit game, restart computer and he's still stuck there like a garden gnome. Tried to put him out of his misery, but it took the game with it via CRASH...

I tried that after posting the video, and it also caused the game to crash. However, he wasn't there again the next time I booted up the game a few days later. Maybe it worked?...

click the squiggly button next to the #1 (number 1 at the top of your keyboard) (left side), make sure your looking at him, then as your looking at him click on him, at the top of the screen it should say feral ghoul or something then after you have clicked on him type "kill" then click the squiggly line again. see if that works...
