@Nighthawk200199 That's not the reason why. She was disqualified because she knows one of the producers. If the record deal was the issue than Carly Smithson wouldn't have been able to compete, because she also had one before American Idol.

I love it, cant wait for the new cd. the only reason why she had to leave the show was they don't want people who have had a record deal in the past to come on they want new undiscovered talent on the show but i agree if she wouldve made it on the show she wouldve blown kris allen out the water no doubt.
