Janina Stankienes winter collection represents a fusion of timeless soft tops and modern edgy bottoms. The leggings make her collection accessible to women looking to follow trends, while the warm texture and color of the tops allows for a universal appeal. Janerations is known for incorporating fur as seamlessly as other fine textiles, and the winter collection did not disappoint. A particularly successful ensemble is the gray sweater top with black leggings. It manages to accentuate the form of the model without sacrificing the warmth Janerations represents. The long sleeves benefit from a flair, and the beaded outline gives structure to what could potentially have looked unfinished. It is sheik, modern, and wearable; all things a woman loves.
Janerations presented their collection during couture fashion week on February 13, 2010 at the historic Waldorf Astoria in New York City.
