Good, but I believe he missed one key element: You have to have the audacity to believe you just might succeed. You have to have at least a hint of the idea that you have whatever it takes, which I believe everyone does; but YOU have to have the faith that YOU have it.

Work-a-frolics means people that have tons of fun that are working. It's not a real word. It's just a joke.
