If you guys payed any attention to baseball you'd get it. When a pitcher doesn't want a pitch that the catcher signals him, then he'll shake his head no, and then the catcher will put down another signal and then if the pitcher wants that one, he'll nod his head yes. This is the same thing. Tim's shaking his head no because the dude picked a bad choice for a snack, then at the end, Tim finally agrees to one.
